This gentle class includes chair based and freestanding low impact sections for a balanced and varied exercise programme. Ideally for the active senior or someone new to exercise, this fun, all-round workout to music will help improve general fitness, mobility and stamina. There is no mat work. You will learn to exercise safely and effectively at a level and pace to suit you. The course is suitable for active seniors or those new to exercise wanting a gentle exercise class. You will need a sufficient understanding of spoken English to follow verbal instructions and to exercise safely. This is a group exercise class and not suitable for anyone needing 1:1 support.
